Underwriting is a process that finance companies use to decide if a potential customer is suitable for a loan.
It will usually involve credit searches, credit scoring and/or personal interviews.
Western Automotive Financial Services believe in treating each customer as an individual and will discuss your circumstances in more detail during a telephone interview to make the service more personal rather than just number crunching. This way any previous problems can be discussed allowing responsible lending to be carried out
